Our Instagram was disabled. Here's what happened (and how you can help) šŸ’›

Good morning Healthy Mail family,

Instagram disabled our account, @thehealthymail. No real warning just a message saying it was removed for "violating community guidelines."

Here's the honest truth: we didn't violate anything. We share healthy recipes, simple nutrition tips, and a little encouragement that's the whole thing. As far as we can tell, Instagram's automated systems flagged us by mistake. It happens more than you'd think, and good accounts get caught in the net all the time.

We're already working to get it back, and I'll keep you posted every step of the way.

But here's what I most want you to know: we're so much more than one app. We've got this newsletter, and most importantly we've got each other. One platform glitching doesn't change a single thing about what we do here. The recipes, the tips, the weekly emails all continue exactly as before.

Still, I'd be so grateful for your help getting back on our feet. If you've got a minute, here's what genuinely makes a difference:

1. Help us appeal. This is the big one. If enough people report it, Instagram does a real human review — and that's our fastest way back. Go to Settings → Help → Report a Problem → "My account was disabled," and let them know you valued the page and believe it was removed by mistake. It takes 60 seconds and it truly helps.

2. Follow our other account. @purefoodmag give us a follow so we can rebuild and stay connected.

3. Spread the word. If a friend followed us on Instagram, point them to the new page. Word of mouth gets us back faster than anything else.

4. Keep opening these emails. This newsletter is the one place no algorithm controls our most reliable line to each other. Add me to your contacts so I always land in your inbox, and hit reply anytime. I read every single one.

Setbacks like this are frustrating, I won't pretend otherwise. But they're also a good reminder of what actually matters here not a follower count on some app, but this little community of people who genuinely want to feel good and eat well. That part is completely intact. And we'll come back from this stronger.

Thank you for being here, and for having our back. It means the world. šŸ’›

Cooking alongside you,
Sarah
